Stuart Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer
Stuart has over 25 years of commercial finance and banking experience. Most recently, he served as President of Great American Group’s specialty lending division, GA Capital, and Chief Investment Officer of Great American Capital Partners. Mr. Armstrong was also a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Tygris Commercial Finance, President of Tygris Corporate Finance and President and CEO of Black Diamond Commercial Finance. Prior to that, Mr. Armstrong spent over 12 years at GE Capital, where he served as Senior Managing Director and leader of GE Corporate Lending’s Vertical Industries. Stuart holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Jim Hogan, Chief Risk Officer
Jim has over 25 years of commercial lending experience. Prior to joining Great Rock Capital he worked with Regions Bank, where he served as Managing Director of Retail Finance. Prior to Regions Bank, he spent over 15 years at GE Capital Corporate Lending where he served as Commercial Leader of Restructuring and Retail Finance. He has also held positions at ING Capital, Heller Financial, and Deloitte & Touche, and has worked on a number of origination, credit and capital markets teams focused on special situations, including restructurings, leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions and recapitalizations. Mr. Hogan holds an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

Lori Potter, Managing Director, Originations
Lori joined Great Rock Capital with 30 years of commercial lending experience. Prior to joining Great Rock Capital, she served as Managing Director of Originations at Monroe Capital LLC, securing financing for private equity-backed and non-sponsored transactions. Prior to Monroe Capital, she held positions at GMAC (now Ally Financial Inc.), GE Capital, National Bank of Canada and Merrill Lynch. She is a former Board Member of the Commercial Finance Association and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and is active in the Carolinas Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. Ms. Potter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Buffalo.

Christina Zielinski, Vice President, Underwriting and Portfolio
Christina joined Great Rock Capital as Vice President of Underwriting to evaluate, structure, execute and monitor investments. She previously served as Assistant Vice President, Natural Resources, Credit Risk at Barclays, where she led underwriting and due diligence for new clients. Prior to Barclays, she held positions at Louis Dreyfus Commodities and GE Capital. Ms. Zielinski holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
