Todd joined Great Rock in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships across Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
Todd brings 30 years of experience in asset-based middle market lending. Most recently, as a Senior Vice President at City National Bank, he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing relationships for asset-based lending opportunities. For 20 years of his career, Todd held senior underwriting, portfolio management, and syndication positions at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, including the early days at Foothill Capital Corporation in Santa Monica, CA. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and he earned his CPA license in the state of California.
As a Los Angeles native, Todd has always enjoyed the outdoors. He earned the Eagle Scout rank at age 16 and as an adult leader for his sons, he completed a 75mile, 12-daybackpacking trip at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. Todd finds importance in learning from the past, appreciating the present and expressing gratitude for having three wonderful children.
